What Måns, Guy and Margaret have in common?
OSLO, NORWAY – The winner of the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest, Måns Zelmerlöw, will be performing at the upcoming VG-lista topp 20 concert in Oslo along with Australia’s Guy Sebastian and Norway’s Margaret Berger.
The annual event is Scandinavia’s largest free concert and is organised by newspaper VG and national broadcaster NRK. Several other Eurostars are also believed to be in talks with organisers to perform at the concert which takes place on June 20.
Apart from this year’s Eurovision champion, the Australian representative will also take to the stage. In a statement the singer, who came fifth in Vienna, said, “I’m looking forward to it. It’s the first time I get to play in Norway, so come! I hope to see you there”.
Margaret Berger, who competed for Norway at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest and achieved 4th place will perform as part of a three-piece female band.
The concert will include several other Norwegian singers who have taken part at the Norwegian national Eurovision finals, MGP, over the past few years including Staysmann & Lazz and twins Markus and Martinus, who won the junior edition of MGP.
