Hungary debuted back in 1994 Friderika Bayer and song Kinek mondjam el vétkeimet? which ended fourth, what is still their best placing and then they’ve participated until 1998, when they withdrew for next six years, to come back in Kiev with Nox’s Forogj, világ! what was one of the favourites, but in the end finished only twelveth. MTV also withdrew from contests that were held in Athens in 2006 and Oslo in 2010. Since 2011, Hungary has qualifed for the final every time. This year they’ve ended up fifth out of 37 compeating countries and you can call it their new best score since back in 1994 only 25 countries participated and had the right to vote.
