Ukraine 2016: Konstantin Meladze is looking for the best singer

KYIV, UKRAINE – Music producer, songwriter and composer, Konstantin Meladze, has been named as a judge for Ukraine’s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest.
Meldazde is looking for a singer who will put on a dignified performance to mark the country’s return to the contest following a one year hiatus.
Project Manager, Natalya Franchuk, says she is pleased to have one of the leading figures in the region’s music industry help choose Ukraine’s representative. Broadcaster STB is still accepting applications until January 15.

Ukraine returns to Eurovision after a one year break. Its last representative, Mariya Yaremchuk, came sixth in the final with the song “Tick Tock”, despite performing first on the big night.
