COLOGNE, GERMANY – The Dutch representatives at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, The Common Linnets, will perform at this year’s German national final “Unser Lied für Stockholm” on February 25.
They will be appearing together with the German band The BossHoss and will perform a cover of Dolly Parton’s song Jolene. They will take to the stage after the ten songs vying to represent Germany at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest are performed.
The German national selection will be aired live on Das Erste on February 25 starting at 20.15 CET. The show has been sold out. The Common Linnets have become popular in Germany following their Eurovision appearance.

The Common Linnets represented the Netherlands in Copenhagen with the song “Calm After the Storm”. It came first in the semi final and was runner up in the final, representing the country’s best result since their win in 1975.
