Serbia 2015: searching for the Vienna participant
Serbia will kick off the search for its 2015 Eurovision representative on November 15. Serbian broadcaster RTS will hold auditions in six cities – Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Kragujevac, Užice and Zaječar.
A panel of judges will be composed of personalities from RTS, the Beoton production company and composer Vladimir Graić, who will write Serbia’s entry. RTS will air shows from January through to March where the public will choose Serbia’s representative through televoting.
In the grand final, one of the talent hopefuls who has made it through televoting will be joined by two major and popular Serbian singers, who have already been pre-selected. RTS says it still hasn’t selected the two stars, adding that Serbia’s entry for Eurovision will be completed by December 1.
Those interested in taking part in the audition process must send a 1 minute video of themselves singing their favorite Serbian pop or rock song to firstname.lastname@example.org by November 10, after which shortlisted candidates will be called to take part in the auditions.
