oikotimes on the spot: Beovizija 2015
BELGRADE, SERBIA – The team of www.oikotimes.com is attending the 2015 edition of Beovizija, the show through which RTS and Serbia will decide its participation and song for Vienna’s Eurovision Song Contest.
As of February 13 the team of www.oikotimes.com will bring you close coverage of the preparations and the progress of the Serbian National Final with reports, photos and videos from the event.
We plan to give you extensive reports of how the show is prepared, along with videos with reactions for the audience, interviews with the three participants, footage from inside the studio and of course the results and the winner’s interview afterwards.
Aleksa Jelić already took part and performed at Beovizija in 2008, competing together with a Serbian female pop singer Ana Štajdohar for the role of Serbian representative at Eurovision Song Contest. However, they have ended second that year. But their song Beli Jablane turned into a huge hit across the country.
Danice Krstić was chosen through auditions. Bojana Stamenov is a quite known face in Serbia, a great performer often compared with the soul diva Aretha Franklin. She was one of the favourites for winning the Talent show in 2011.
Vladimir Graić will compose all three songs in the Serbian national final. He had previously penned the winning song of the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest, Molitva, for Marija Šerifović.
