TVM.COM.MT REPORTS – Montenegro’s Masa and Lejla have visited the Malta Archaeology Museum, where they met the students from St. Francis Sliema primary school. Together, they had a practical session on waste management and separation.
Then they were also able to visit the exhibition ‘MALTA – The Great Story of a small Island-Nation through 100 Objects’, depicting artefacts representing different periods of the Maltese history. Masa and Lejla were both fascinated by the vast history of the Maltese islands and the Maltese students were also eager to share their knowledge with the singers.
They integrated so well that they started singing current popular songs together. Later, the Montenegro delegation visited Popeye’s village, a popular tourist destination which was the set for the musical production of the film “Popeye” in the 1980’s. The girls were greated by Popeye the sailor and his friends and together they enjoyed wandering around the captivating set.
