MTV EMA 2013: EUROSTARS NOMINATED
AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS – The final list of Best European Acts for 2013 is out after the preliminary vote amongst all regional MTV broadcasters. The final list include two Eurostars. From Italy, Marco Mengoni (Italy 2013) and from Germany, Lena Meyer-Landrut (Germany 2010 winner, 2011). Along you can see Smiley (Romanian NF 2007 along with Andra as Simplu Band) and Loredana (Romania NF 2005).
Now, they’ve moved on to phase 2 of the Worldwide Act competition. From 25 to 31 October, local winners from 10 regions—Africa/India/Middle East; North, South, Central and East Europe; Japan/Korea; Latin America; North America; and Southeast Asia/Mainland China/Hong Kong/Taiwan—will compete for a Worldwide Act nomination. And on 1 November, we’ll find out who YOU picked to make the final cut…the 10 Worldwide Act nominees! Start voting now!

THE PRELIMINARIES (SEPTEMBER 17)
The regional votings for MTV’s 2013 EMAs began this week. MTV will host the 2013 edition of the awards in Amsterdam, the Netherlands on November 10th. The preliminaries of each regional voting will end up into a nomination of five acts as Best European Act for 2013. Let’s see who’s nominated and if they will make it to the final round.
