MGP 2013: LOW TV RATES FOR THE FIRST SEMIFINAL
Besides the negative comments of the Eurofans on the web for the quality of the songs and their presentation in the first semifinal of Norway’s Melodi Grand Prix one more bad news comes today: the low TV rates NRK had on the first show.
With estimated 850,000 viewers the first semifinal lacks of 250,000 viewers from the first semifinal last year. This is explained by escnorge.net as a result of the change in the time schedule of the event and the competition with another broadcaster.
We’re sure though numbers will change. Not to forget that in the next semifinals we anticipate the participation of Alexander Rybak even though he will enter only as a composer. Here is the report and results from the first semifinal.
