TERESE FREDENWALLThe most exciting semifinal of Melodifestivalen 2013 has just come to an end, with 2 clear finalists, but not the last though. Not only for the finalists, as the same arena will be holding the 58th Eurovision Song Contest in May. The Swedish broadcaster has prepared an special show for this occasion, and we have been able to check it. How could not it be otherwise, the semifinal started showing the ancient opening postcard of the Eurovision Song Contest and a beautiful promotional video of Sweden with Edward Af Sillén commenting, as if it were the final of the ESC in May.
Not much later, Petra Mede was surprising the audience, with her intervention as the host of the ESC 2013, repeating what Gina and Danny said, but in French language. We also had an appereance by Sarah Dawn Finer, and her ”brothers”. Petra, herself, also presented tonight’s candidates, who were:

Army of Lovers – Rockin’ the ride
Lucia Piñera – Must be love
Robin Stjernberg – You
Sylvia Vrethammar – Trivialiter
Ralf Gyllenhammar – Bed on fire
Therese Fredenwall – Breaking the silence
Behrang Miri – Jalla dansa salwa
Ulrik Munther – Tell the world I’m here

After all the songs performed, Alcazar, tonight’s interval act, sang a mix of their most popular songs, like Not A Sinner,Not A Saint or Stay The Night. The audience look amazing and smashing, dancing the songs.

As almost every single poll or bets predicted, the qualifiers are:

Final for:

Ulrik Munther (using an incredible effect on a projecting screen. The composers are the same of Euphoria, Thomas G.son and Peter Böstrom)
Ralf Gyllenhammar (amazing piano-performance, with some burning elements. so hot on stage!)

Andra Chansen for:
Behrang Miri (sister song of Allez Ola Ole)
Robin Stjenberg (with an impressive firework waterfall)

See you in Nörkoping, for the Andra Chansen, where the last 2 tickets for the final will be ”drawn”.
