Listen to Waylon’s brand new single ‘Love Me’
AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS – Waylon, the former male member of the duo The Common Linnets, which represented the Netherlands at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, has released his first album to much successes in his country.
The album, which is headlined by the single “Love drunk”, has topped the charts in the Netherlands. In addition, Waylon recently released a second single from the album entitled “Love me”.
The song is co-written by Ilse deLange and JB Meijers who wrote the Common Linnets’ Eurovision entry “Calm after the storm”.

The Common Linnets, who represented the Netherlands at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, was made up of two established artists – Waylon and his female counterpart Ilse. Waylon left the group after Eurovision. “Calm after the storm” achieved second place in Copenhagen and was a major hit throughout Europe.
