Lara Fabian wouldn’t go to Vienna anyway
SANREMO, ITALY – Lara Fabian, Luxembourg’s 1988 Eurovision Song Contest representative and one of the competitors at this year’s Sanremo Festival has said she would turn down an offer to represent Italy in Vienna this year if she were to win the Italian contest.
Lara has said she does not want to repeat certain things she has already accomplished in her career. However, during the first night of Sanremo, Lara was in the bottom four with her song “Voce”.

Lara Fabian represented Luxembourg at the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin with the song “Croire” (Trust). She came fourth and her song went on to become a major hit across Europe.
