EUROPE – The 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest is gearing up with many countries preparing hard to win the trophy of the contest in Sofia on November 21st. In this post we have for you the updates for The Netherlands, Slovenia, Australia and Georgia.
We begin with Georgia where GPB announced that Lizi Japaridze aka Lizi Pop will delve the voting of Georgia in Sofia’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest. She will be in Sofia to give the votes from Georgia on November 21st.
Australia, officially invited and participant in the 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest prepares its participation in Sofia’s contest. According to estimations by the Aussie editor of Wiwibloggs.com there could be three teen artists who proudly can represent Australia in Sofia: Dean Brady, Maddison Milewski, Marlisa. The three of them came out of talent shows.
In Slovenia, Mini EMA 2015 concluded last weekend where two girls competed for the ticket to Sofia. Lina Kuduzovič won the national selection with the song “Prva ljubezen”, beating Leni in the voting as she got 72,68% of the public votes. The song for Lina is penned along with Maraaya, in lyrics of Sabina Kuduzovic whilst Raay did the song arrangement.
Finally in The Netherlands, a country with a spectacular JESC selection every year, five acts competed for the ticket to Sofia. Shalisa won the entire game in the end with the song “Million Lights” getting top scores from the public, the adult and kids jury. 4Life came second followed by Nohr, Guusje and Myrthe.
