THE NETHERLANDS 🇳🇱
The committee that appoints the Dutch delegation for the Eurovision Song Contest has not yet chosen a candidate, so committee member Jan Smit tells NU.nl. “The media are forcing somewhat that we are going to call names, where you become, and then I speak on my behalf, sometimes a bit tired of it, we can say that we have called with ten people or that there are conversations, but there you do nothing about it, and at the moment that it becomes concrete, we will certainly go out. Candidate does not have to be a very famous Dutch person. The choice for the number is around 50 percent”, Smit says. “We have not decided anything definitively, there are several writers, but you may not have anything to do with this, but I’m not going to hang up a story.”
