In photos: Genealogy pay tribute to Armenian Genocide memoriam
YEREVAN, ARMENIA – The year 2015 marks the 100th anniversary from the beginning of the Armenian Genocide, an event world widely recognised. The 2015 Eurovision Song Contest participants for Armenia, Genealogy couldn’t miss the event especially since their song
“Don’t Deny” “Face The Shadow” is all about that (despite they claim the opposite). The six membered group from all over the world attended the memoriam and paid tribute to the victims.

Genealogy is “Building Bridges”, as the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest slogan says, between the five continents of the world and the Republic of Armenia. The group consists of Essaï Altounian from Europe, Tamar Kaprelian from America, Stephanie Topalian from Asia, Vahe Tilbian from Africa, Mary-Jean O’Doherty Vasmatzian from Australia, and Inga Arshakyan from Armenia. They are united by the blood in their veins, which contains Armenian genetics, and by music as the universal language of the world.
