Serbia’s representatives at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, Sara, Nevena and Mirna who form the “Moje 3” trio, are preparing for the upcoming event.

“In the last couple of months we performed a lot together, and we are really starting to enjoy our performances, without any stage fright. Eurovision is going to be the biggest event we have ever been a part of, so it’s a little bit different. However, we won’t focus on the outcome or the results. We’ll just enjoy the moment, because being there is a huge honour”, says the Italian born Sara.

Nevena, who represented Serbia at the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest and came third says her previous participation puts even more pressure on her. “JESC was a great success for me. Ever since then, my dream has been to sing for Serbia at the ESC”, Nevena says.

Mirna says that there are high expectations ahead of Eurovision and thanks the Serbian public for all their support.

The three girls are particularly excited to have the chance to meet Bonnie Tyler who will represent the United Kingdom at Eurovision this year. “I’m so excited about meeting Bonnie and listening to her live. I can’t wait”, Sara notes. The trio is now working on their stage performance and will soon record the English version of their entry “Ljubav je svuda” (Love is everywhere).

Serbia will close the first semi final in Malmo on May 14 as they perform last.
