LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – The 2015 jubilee for Eurovision Song Contest was a success for the fans attending the event although Eurofans and press across the UK and Europe moan for the line up which lacked Eurostar names like those of Celine Dion, Bucks Fizz, Katrina and the Waves, Helena Paparizou and more. 26 countries will watch the show recorded in the upcoming days.
In the meantime we got the official EBU / BBC photos from the red carpet and the live event as we weren’t allowed to take photos ourselves, despite some fan sites broke the rule without BBC and EBU reacting yet on the issue.
In the red carpet Lynda Woodruff (aka Sarah Dawn Finer) welcomed the Eurostars at the event in a hilarious and funny way the video of which will be made soon available by SVT. In the live performances we have to say that barely any of the Eurostar performed well vocally with the exemption maybe of Anne Marie David and Emmelie de Forest while the greatest moment was that of Conchita and Dana International entered the stage together.
In the very end we had our voting for the performances last night. We think that
12 points deserved for Loreen
10 points deserved for Emmelie de Forest
08 points deserved for Johhny Logan
07 points deserved for Electro Velvet (although not part of the show broadcast)
06 points deserved for Anne Marie David
05 points deserved for Brotherhood of Man
04 points deserved for Conchita Wurst
03 points deserved for Lordi
02 points deserved for Rosa Lopez
01 point deserved for Dana International
