Voting through the Internet Stage has happened on EuroVoice’s Portal. It has determined the winners of all countries, who will participate in the Super Final of the Contest. It is the intention of the organizers to host the Super Final in a different European city each year. On the first day of the final act 50% of participants. During the second day will address the same 50% of participants.
During Iglesias’ performance in the SuperFinal, a fan got on the stage and hugged him. When security guards came to take her off the stage, he politely made clear that he wanted the girl to remain on stage. He then sang his song Hero and Iglesias kissed his young fan at the end of his performance. The Super Finalist who gets the most votes becomes the winner of the EuroVoice 2010 Contest and receives €100,000 prize and a recording contract with a major multinational record label.
Eurostars attending and participating were: Marlain Angelidou (Cyprus 1999) representing the United Kingdom and Flora Theodorou (Greek NF 2002) representing Cyprus and winning Eurovoice 2010! The contest never took place again! (wonder why)!
