Eurovision 2018 🇵🇹 Second Semi Final analysis of the results: almost predicted!
Fotis Konstantopoulos (Greece)
EDITORIAL – Cyprus, Israel, Lithuania aree now the big favourites to win the Eurovision Song Contest according to the betting odds upon the completion of the Eurovision 2018 second semi final. Norway keeps dropping big time despite efforts and posts off various sites mentioning that NRK and Mayor of Oslo to guarantee an adequate hosting in case Rybak wins.
Big surprise was only one country: Serbia which qualified despite all odds. The performance was adequate no matter whether you liked the song or not. I am sure though this one qualified due to the juries.
Russia, Romania, didn’t make it. Especially bad news for Romania as been a perfect stage and vocal presentation. Malta once again failed to spread the message obviously despite the Hollywood production on stage.
Bets and polls got 8/10 qualifiers and once again Europrediction 2018 poll powered by oikotimes.com was successful. More Ethan 59,300 unique votes are now gathered and the Grand Final edition is officially on at www.oikotimes.com/vote
No surprise at least for us that Slovenia and Hungary qualified as they had amazing and absolutely TV-purposed presentation which appeared. Especially for Slovenia we were shouting this out since we saw her performing live in Tel Aviv (Israel Calling 2018 party). That Taylor Swift style is in fashion and definitely attractive.
In sum, results were expected but personally I have to admit this semi final was far better than the first one no matter if all say that first semi final had all the great songs. Prediction? Israel and Cyprus will fight hard for the trophy now!
Good luck to all![table “108” could not be loaded /]
