EUROSTAR 2014 AWARD GOES TO CONCHITA WURST
PRESS RELEASE – The team is proud to announce that Conchita Wurst from Austria is the winner of the 2014 edition of Eurostar Award powered by oikotimes.com. The voters preferred Conchita Wurst over the other nine nominees as the 2014 Eurovision winner won mostly for spreading the LGBT message about tolerance and acceptance all over the world.
The voting lasted over a month and had more than 22,900 unique votes due to the secure system of Poll Daddy application. This year nominations dominated from Malta, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Denmark, Cyprus, Ukraine and Hungary. All ten nominees deserve the best of applause because they really marked the Eurovision map this year.
