Did You Know? ABBA costumes made for tax reduction
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – The four guys from Sweden started their career singing for UN soldiers in Cyprus back in the 60s. Then they formed ABBA when returned to their country but their brand name endangered by a fish factory claiming their branding.
What some of you didn’t know is why they were dressed in such a hilarious way (it’s not our statement, we are quoting 2004 comment of Björn Ulvaeus).
The reason was a Swedish law which said that if a costume is so “unique” that no one else could wear it then it is subjected to tax reduction!
