Cyprus 2018 🇨🇾 second rehearsal: does anyone know any good hotels in Limassol for 2019?
Fotis Konstantopoulos (Greece)
CYPRUS – It is clear that Eleni is the only participant this year doing so much dancing and singing at the same time. She is simply excellent. The performance begins with Eleni in front of a blue tunnel effect that is created by lasers. This effect changes to red for the first verse, in which she is joined by her four backing dancers. No other entry this year performs choreography to this advanced level, and the effect of Eleni and her backing dancers performing this in sync is mesmerising. The betting odds predict Cyprus 3rd to qualify in the first semi final and also 7th to even win the Eurovision Song Contest. Amazing! Eurofans dream comes true!

CYPRUS 🇨🇾 ON THE WEB
ESCKAZ.COM: I like that there are not any props in use, apart from the visual ones where we have the fire circle that cannot be seen on stage.
ESCBUBBLE.COM: The only downside I have with this is the imagery on screen – there’s animated red flames, which look really cheesy and cheap. Otherwise this is one of the strongest Cypriot entries in years and will sail through to the final in its current format.
ESCXTRA.COM: There’s is no other artist this year doing so much dancing and singing at the same time, but Eleni manages to keep the vocals solid for the majority of the performance while putting so much energy into her moves. It’s all very impressive. The backing vocalists give Eleni the support she needs and Fuego comes across competently as a vocal package.
EUROVOIX.COM: The opening is phenomenal and memorable. The on-screen graphics are quite mixed.
