SVT to announce MF 2015 changes tomorrow
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – Swedish national broadcaster holds a press conference tomorrow to announce several things for Melodifestivalen 2015 among which some changes in the format of the show, according to Aftonbladet.se.
SVT had to challenge the fall of the viewership last year which touched the 800,000 viewers and the issue with the disappointed record labels with the acceptance of the EBU rule for allowing Universal Music to take over the single sales of the Eurovision entries.
The changes will most likely be that each semifinal will include 7 instead of 8 song and there seems to be a new App for smartphones which might replace the SMS voting.
