APRIL 29: MEET & GREET WITH EUROSTARS
Moldova was the first participant entering the press conference room today after her first rehearsal talking to the media during the Meet & Greet session. Let’s see what Cristia Scarlat told to the DR host and the press representatives.
We already find it boring and outdated but we have to report the San Marino meet and greet anyway. Once again Valentina Monetta attends the Eurovision Song Contest tending to be hired by the EBU in the end as an employeed participant maybe for the country to stay in the contest. But as long Ralph Siegel sponsors the country he will always have a country to participate!
The next country to attend the Meet & Greet of the EBU at the press area was the Portuguese participant. Suzy defended the tune of the samba song and the use of the national language showing great happiness her country is back to Eurovision. Let’s hope she will be as happy as today when she returns earlier than the final in Lisbon!
The Common Linnets will represent The Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. At their Meet & Greet after the first rehearsal they were asked why Netherlands likes to sing about flavours and about the pressure about qualifing to the final.
Sergej from Montenegro met the press at the Meet & Greet after his first rehearsal. He wants Montenegro to win of course and hopes to welcome Europe to his country next year. Sexy and tall Sergej is often hanging around with all of us and he is really a pleasant person.
Hungarian representative is simply adorable. Besides been the hunk that everyone desires in Copenhagen, he is modest and talented person that talks to anyone and smiles to you instantly. He has a great song with an even great social message supporting children and you definitely love his stage presentation. So check his meet and greet with the press.
The Shin and Mariko will sing “Three Minutes to Earth” in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. At their Meet & Greet they sang a special Georgian song and they told the press that they were inspired by Felix Baumgartner, that made a skydive from 39 kilometres in the space, when they wrote their song for Eurovision.
Mei Finegold from Israel will sing “Same Heart” in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen. After her first rehearsal she met the press at the meet & greet and she was asked why she is singing in both Hebrew and English.
The last video missing from April 29th met and greet session is the one of Norway. Carl Espen will sure make a statement on the scoreboard on the night of the grand final (in which he will surely qualify with this amazing song).
Malta’s meet and greet session was all about music. Speaking with all journalists they always ended up singing not only their songs but chorus from other tunes and they really made the press center a party area.
Poland got huge media attention durin and after the meet and greet session and lots of interview requests. Donatan didn’t speak at all as he doesn’t speak English but Cleo was fluent with everyone and she looks really as a HOT SEXY AMAZON! Poland I love you!
