Amina performs in Sweden tonight
NASAKER, SWEDEN – The French representative at the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest, Amina Annabi, will be appearing at the Uurkly Festival taking place in the small Swedish town of Nasaker today and over the weekend. The popular festival, which is described as a “Hippy Commune/Festival” begins tonight at 19.00 CET. Amina will be appearing tonight at 22.00.

Amina tied for first place with Carola at the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest. According to the rules enforced by the EBU back then, Sweden’s Carola won. However, if today’s rules were to be used, Amina and her song “Le dernier qui a parlé” would have been victorious as she received votes from more countries.
