Tonight NRK announced the artists and songs for the second semifinal of MGP which will take place this saturday. And as rumoured some days ago and posted exclusively on oikotimes.com, it has created a huge surprise with the returnal of 2009 ESC winner Alexander Rybak!
Alexander wrote the song “I’m With You” for 18 year old Annsofi Pettersen and is set already to be a hot favourite to be the next Norwegian entry at Eurovision in Malmö. The singer gained a lot of success through her participation in 2010 at the norwegian version of X-Factor where she reached the top-3. In the jury there was amongs Eurovision winner Elisabeth Andreassen.
Annsofi was also featered on Alexander Rybak’s Christmas album which was released last year where they both song ‘Baby it’s cold outside’. The next step in the career of this extremely talented girl is now the Norwegian selection for Eurovision. There is no doubt many eyes will be attracted to her and Alexander but somehow we have an extremely good feeling on this!
