Albania 2015: interview with Revolt Klan
Fotis Konstantopoulos (Greece)
TIRANA, ALBANIA – Revolt Klan will compete in Festivali i Këngës 2014 in few days with the song “Më mungon” and why not they might represent Albania in the 60th Eurovision Song Contest. The team of oikotimes.com interviewed the artists and we got the pleasure of meeting them.
Most of us don’t know you in Europe so in few words let us know some things about you!
Hello friends. We are Febi (in rap) and Bruno (vocalist) and we have been as a band for approximately 10 years. We invite you all to listen to our music in order to understand us better, as we believe that music strongly represent an artist, his character, his style, personality etc.
What is your song all about and what message do you want to share with Europe?
Being represented with this song, it is a great pleasure for us, as we came to it by dedicating all our artistic spirit and we did really enjoy all the way to the final version. According to text we saw it reasonable to implement a strong society romantic topic as it fit the best with our music.
Who’s behind the song? Give us a few words on the authors of the song?
Revolt Music Studio has very talented guys which work together to produce qualitative materials. In this song we had a collaboration with a young and very well-known arranger Enis Mullai whom we would like to thank a lot.
If you could bring one thing on stage with you as a lucky charm, what would it be and why?
I guess everyone has its own lucky charm maybe a very small object , or a kiss before the show, given by their family, someone special to heart or a dearest friend. We do have our own and we thank God for being surrounded by a lot of love and support (smile)
Who in your life has influenced you the most in your musical career to date?
If you do not love what you do or if the passion for it doesn’t exist then there is no possibility for you to continue and to reach the top you want to achieve. Initiating with passion and continuing by the very big support of our families and fans has brought us where we are now and will led us further.
How do you imagine yourself in five years from now?
Despite a little bit older we do not have any other panorama in front of us :P We are a group that believe a lot in spontaneity. We will do our best to achieve the best and to keep our fans satisfied
It’s Sunday morning in your everyday life. How your day schedule will be?
We don’t think this will change anything. We do rest on Sundays sometimes, but to rest the whole week? Naah, too young to waste the energy and the good spirit to change the world for better.
In case you win, what is the first thing you will do when you leave the after party of FiK?
Aaa here we go ! In this case, my friend we would need a big big rest after all those rehearsal days and the after party. An evening with someone who gives you peace happiness will be the best therapy.
Not been hard on you but as an artist, give us a reason why to vote for you!
We have read many interviews where this question was involved and to be honest the showing off answers is the worst. We don’t want to say vote for us because we are the best or something like this. Please vote honestly and please vote with your heart. If you do really enjoy our song, here we are.
oikotimes.com team would like to wish Revolt Klan the very best of luck
