BAKU, AZERBAIJAN – We already know that Azerbaijani representative(s) will be chosen via Boyuk Sehne show. Auditions for the contest were held in eight cities, including today’s in capital Baku.

The show will start at the end of this month and will run for seven weeks, with the final scheduled for March 2nd. The thing we don’t know yet is, if the song will also be chosen via this format.

Azeri representative from last year’s contest, Farid Mammadov also participated in this show, before entering national selection and bringing an amazing second place to his home country.

This means that the show has become the national selection, certainly there is no doubt that a real talent will represent this Caucasian country in Denmark this May.

First Eurovision I've seen was the one from Riga. Since then I consider myself as a Eurofan. Eurovision in 2008, was the first one I've attended, as it was held in my hometown - Belgrade. I came back this year in Copenhagen and I plan to go to Vienna. I also go to report from some of the national finals. I've just enrolled senior year at Faculty of Law. I am also writing for OGAE Serbia's website
