We ave new releases, we have new video clips and we have great news from your favourite Eurovision stars from all over Europe.
Despite the fact that the original is pop perfection in itself, when we first heard ‘Dance Your Pain Away’ by Agnetha Fältskog, we couldn’t help but imagine what a 7th Heaven remix of it would sound like (and we wrote just that in our original review of the song back in May). Why 7th Heaven? Because they ‘get it’. No one does big gay remixes like they do (apart from of course Almighty – who one half of 7th Heaven used to be, anyway). And when it comes to big and gay, it doesn’t get any bigger or gayer than ‘Dance Your Pain Away’.
1999 French representative Nayah presents the lon anticipated new album which will be available as of July 8th. The new album is titled “Je Suis” and was delayed for months due to health problems. The 12 songs presented in the album are aiming to present Nayah’s true music face to the public including raggae, ballads, dance and disco songs. Other Eurovision stars like Nicole Rieu (1975) supported her promo track in the radio stations. You can listen samples of her new album here.
Another Eurovision entrant, Natasha St-Pier released another singer from album “Thérèse – Vivre d’Amour”. The song is titled “Rappelle-toi” and the video clip is available here. The song is inspired by the Saint Therese of Lisieux poem. With a huge saling success for the album, the presentation took recently place at the Madeleine church in Paris.
2009 Eurovision entrant Brinck presented yesterday his brand new summer song “Sommer” the video clip of which is available below. In 2009 he proudly represented his country with Ronan Keating’s song and in 2013 he was one of the bidders to represent Denmark with the song “Human” although he also submitted “Sommer” to Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2013.
Esma Redžepova, proudly represented FYR Macedonia in 2013 Eurovision Song Contest as a true Christmas Tree and failing to proceed the country to the final. Though 55 years of success seems to was enough for the state to award her the award for National Artist of the Year. At least she brought the Roma culture and music all over the world during these years gaining lots of fame and releasing 15 ambums with lot of popularity.
Last but not least for today’s Eurostar news, Spanish representative in the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest, Pastora Soler will film her videoclip for “Te Despertare” in Tenerife. The song is one of the songs included in the upcoming album aimed to be released on September 10th. There was a press conference in Tenerife with Pastora informing the press about the production of the clip in the region aiming to show the beauties of the Canary Islands to the world.
